Travel and Accommodations

As wedding guests begin to prepare for travel to the Bahamas, we wanted to share a few reminders.

A passport is required for travel. Please double-check that your passport has not expired, as there has been a significant increase in wait times for passport renewal.

The weekend festivities will all happen on Paradise Island, which is just over the bridge from Nassau and about a half-hour drive from the Lynden Pindling International Airport in Nassau. As you depart the Bahamas to travel back to the states, please be aware that you will clear customs prior to departing. It’s important to allow enough time at the airport––please plan accordingly. For anyone with a connecting flight, rest assured that you will be flying domestic into the states, thereby avoiding any long immigration lines upon arrival.

COVID protocols are constantly changing, and we plan to update the wedding website as we get closer to share the best and most updated information on health visas and required documentation.

All room reservations at Ocean Club and Atlantis must be booked by April 27th. At this time the discounted rate will expire. We recommend booking as soon as possible––we fully expect both hotels to be completely sold out that weekend.
